Monogamy vs. Polyamory

A serial monogamist is a person that bounces from relationship to relationship without having  ever really choosing the person they’re in search  of. They’re single only for short periods of time, and get  onto right away if they find someone new to maintain a  relationship with.

Polyamory, on the other hand, means having many relationships  at the same time using the permission of all involved. A lot of men consider this to become the ultimate goal of  dating, but it’s not difficult to obtain once you understand the guidelines, and you understand  why polyamory works and exactly what the benefits are. To become polyamorous  successfully, you need to also be conscious of the negative issues with having open relationships and discover how to tell when  polyamorous relationships aren’t going to work out.

To figure out if monogamy or polyamory meets your requirements,  you must examine your relationship, inside the most honest possible way, and ask “Is this woman going to have everything  important to cause me to feel confident with being along with her through out my entire life?” This doesn’t necessarily mean that you simply are gonna marry her – it really signifies that  she has the potential to become the person you decide to monogamously have a relationship with for the rest of your lifetime.
